Brought in to radically alter the damp and dark interior of this classic home Glen Thomas Architecture turned to a contemporary extension with a distinct 9-meter long glass roof to get the job done.
Originally built in 9186 the condo was completely renovated recently and a series of modern décor fixtures and state-of-the-art appliances give the interior a polished functional appeal. The Scandinavian style interior also places emphasis on smart organization with the modest kitchen and the unique living space providing planet of storage space.
It is the lower level that holds the open plan living area in white along with the modern kitchen and a dashing dining space. A woodsy dining table and matching benches break the visual monotony here with natural light creating a cheerful setting.
On the other side of the TV wall is another small informal relaxation space along with custom shelving a small kitchen dining area and home office zone. Each and every room of the house embraces minimalism with a dash of inviting warmth even as clever change in flooring and lighting delineates spaces without visual fragmentation.
The most striking feature of the house is the wonderful use of various bright colors which add another layer of intrigue to the overall setting. A bright blue couch live-edge coffee table and pops of light pink welcome you in the living room.
